Handicap Index (HI) Maintenance

Steps to apply for your Handicap Index Maintenance with Nextee:

1. Text us via WhatsApp or email us to request for a digital membership registration form and we will reply you within 5 working days
2. Reply us with the following:
   1. Your completed application form
   2. Images of your 3 X 18-hole scorecards (We require your gross score of each game to not exceed +54 above par) {Ensure your name, date of play, tee box, name of course, name of country club & country location are written clearly. All scores written must be legible. We discourage writing score shortcuts such as +’s and -‘s. Holes unplayed should be scored as double of its par.}
   3. At this stage the handicap committee will assess your scorecards for an Approved or Rejected decision and Nextee will inform you if your application is successful to proceed to your payment of First Year’s fees to Nextee
   4. Proof of successful payment/funds transfer
3. We will create your SGA CHS account and send you a digital acknowledgement of membership /projected handicap index letter within 48 Hours
