Handicap Index (Hi) Maintenance Transfer

For golfer’s with an active handicap index who wish to transfer from their existing club to Nextee, we welcome your application to join us.

Fees are as follows:

Handicap Index (HI) Maintenance Membership Transfer Type

First Year & Subsequent Annual Renewal

Junior

(Ages 18 or younger)

$120

Ordinary

(Ages 19 to 54)

$160

Senior

(Ages 55 and up)

$140

Steps for transferring your Handicap Index Maintenance to Nextee:

  1. Text us via WhatsApp or email us to request for a digital membership registration form and we will reply you within 5 working days
  2. Reply to us with the following:
    1. Your completed application form
    2. At this stage, Nextee will conduct a check on the CHS platform if your HI records are Active (If your record is Active, we will reply to you to proceed with payment. If your HI records do not exist, your transfer request will be regarded as a fresh application for a handicap index maintenance with Nextee and you will be required to follow that process instead.)
    3. Proof of successful payment/funds transfer
  3. The team will send you a template of a request to transfer to Nextee that you are required to relay to your existing club by their preferred communication channel
  4. Nextee will await your previous club to lodge your transfer request on the SGA CHS platform. Nextee will acknowledge the transfer within 48 Hours and send you a digital acknowledgement of membership /projected handicap index letter
